Serge Semirog holds degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he graduated cum laude. 
 
His law degree Mr. Semirog earned at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the Hastings Business Law Journal.  UC Hastings was founded in 1878 as the law department of the University of California and, as such, was the first UC law school and the first law school in California.  In 2009, Super Lawyers magazine ranked UC Hastings 11th in the nation in terms of law schools that produced the most "Super Lawyers."

Semirog’s experience includes work at the Hampden County Superior Court in Springfield, Massachusetts, as well as at several medium sized firms in California and Massachusetts.  Mr. Semirog also worked at the Massachusetts Family Institute (MFI) where he drafted legislative proposals for the Massachusetts State Assembly.  For his work at the MFI Mr. Semirog has been awarded the prestigious Blackstone Fellowship by the Alliance Defense Fund, a non-profit think tank dedicated to promoting and defending our religious freedoms.

After moving to Charlotte in 2006 Mr. Semirog started his own practice.  He currently resides in south Charlotte with his wife, and three wonderful daughters.

Mr. Semirog is a member of the North Carolina Bar, Mecklenburg County Bar and the American Bar Association.

Phil Su's varied and considerable experiences in civil litigation have developed into a practice dedicated to representing clients, both individual and business, in a variety of legal disputes and with pro-active risk mitigation.

Phil's experience includes several years of practice in insurance defense litigation, often involving high-exposure tort claims.  In addition, Phil has assisted clients with matters involving professional malpractice; collections and liens; drafting and interpretation of vendor-supplier agreements, non-disclosure agreements and non-competition agreements; and Nevada appellate procedure. 

Phil earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a staff editor and, subsequently, an articles editor, of the Hastings Business Law Journal.  While in law school, Phil served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Joyce L. Kennard, Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court, and with the California Department of Justice. 

Phil is also the 2005 winner of the Beverly C. Moore, Jr. Memorial Student Writing Competition.  His winning article, "Classwide Arbitration in California: Oxymoron or Innovation?" was published in Volume 26, No. 4 (July-August 2005) of the legal journal Class Action Reports

Mr. Su currently resides in Charlotte with his beautiful fiancée.  When he is not passionately advocating for his legal clients, Phil enjoys photography, meeting new friends and volunteering with his church's youth group and production team.

Jenny Osipov holds a paralegal degree from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Prior to joining Semirog Law Firm, pllc, Mrs. Osipov worked at the Union County District Judges’ office, administering caseload and helping with legal research.  Mrs. Osipov currently resides in Charlotte with her husband and two sons.
